Job Description:

1. Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses on campus and/or online.
2. Contribute to the instructional mission of the Teacher Education Department and Patton College of Education.
3. Using blackboard for academic engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in the field or comparable (for undergraduate-level courses) or terminal degree in the field or comparable (for graduate-level courses)
2. Current or prior teaching license
3. Experience teaching students for that field
4. Experience using technology for teaching
   
   

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Relevant and recent Pre K-12 classroom based experience
2. Demonstrated knowledge of theory and research-supported best practices for teaching and learning
3. Licensure in content area
4. Experience facilitating professional development
5. Evidence of professional training or attendance and/or presentations at conferences
6. Ability to deliver online instruction
