Job Description: The purpose of this position is to lead students in class activities that foster social, emotional, physical, cognitive and creative development of each child. This is accomplished by planning and implementing activities and assignments that are clear, well organized and designed to meet long-range learning goals for students; maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment that meets the College's Early Learning Center (ELC) standards and MSDE, Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care regulations; communicating with students, parents and staff; participating in staff meetings, special events, parent-teacher conferences, and trainings as assigned; measuring student proficienc
