Job DescriptionThis position is responsible/exists for providing leadership and education in support of Non-Traditional University students completing their education. This includes the day-to-day operations of an Early Care and Education Classroom. This position is responsible for the selection, training and supervision of the student staff and management of the services they provide. This position provides guidance for both student staff and parents in community development, crisis management, response to emergency situations and conflict resolution. This position develops and implements a curriculum based on evaluation and assessment on two levels; one for the children attending the program and one for the SCSU student staff.
