Lead teacher in an early learning setting who can manage the day-to-day, and longer term planning responsibilities in an early childhood (infant, toddler, or preschool) classroom, including the management of student worker staff.

Lead a Classroom and Student Workers
This position is responsible to lead the day-to-day operations of an Early Care and Education Classroom. This position is responsible for the staffing and day-to-day supervision of the student staff and management of the services they provide within the classroom. This position provides guidance for both student staff and parents in developmentally appropriate practices, development of community, crisis management, response to emergency situations and conflict resolution.

Implement Curriculum
This position implements a curriculum based on evaluation and assessment on two levels: one for the children attending the program, and one for the SCSU student staff. This position supports the growth and early childhood development of children of university students, faculty, and staff within the framework of a loving, accepting, and respectful child care facility. This position must collaborate with the lead teachers and with the center director, associated faculty, and center staff on enacting the vision and mission of the Lindgren Child Care Center.
