Position Summary The Department of Chemistry (http://www.chemistry.msu.edu/) at Michigan State University seeks outstanding candidates for a full time, 9-month position of Fixed-Term Academic Specialist (Teaching) for the Organic Chemistry Program beginning August 2023. The individual hired for this position will be in charge of teaching 2 large enrollment undergraduate Organic Chemistry lectures each semester as the instructor of record (that includes preparing and delivering lecture material, designing other material for the course (handouts; quizzes; exams), assessments and mentoring/coordinating graduate teaching assistants working under them).
