Position Summary The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Michigan State University invites applications for a full‐time, 12-month, fixed-term Academic Specialist-Teacher with a 90% teaching assignment and 10% service, with annual reappointment available contingent on satisfactory evaluated performance.  The start date of the position is flexible; however, the department prefers an individual who can begin no later than 6/1/2023.  The individual will teach courses in the Food Science curriculum including Food Product Development (FSC 470), Food and Nutrition Laboratory (FSC 455), and Food Chemistry Laboratory (FSC 402).
