Job Description Design, prepare, manage, and maintain a world-class, model laboratory preschool environment. Represent Wellesley College and the Child Study Center to current and prospective parents, professional colleagues, and the general public. Develop relationships with up to 16 children in the classroom and, to a lesser extent, with all children in the school. Counsel, advise, and confer with parents, local school systems, outside agencies, and early childhood specialists.  Interface with Wellesley College Faculty, Student Teachers, Student Researchers, Parents, and Caregivers, demonstrating expertise in child development and early childhood education.
