Essential FunctionsChairs and/or serves on a wide variety of District-wide committees, workshops, conferences, (e.g. District Budget Committee, negotiating teams, Auxiliary Foundation Boards of Directors, task forces, etc.) for the purpose of representing the District at local, regional or state meetings, workshops, and conferences; and maintaining liaison with appropriate government agencies and professional organizations as assigned.Collaborates with internal users and external customers (e.g. senior leadership, Human Resources staff, vendors, etc.) for the purpose of increasing productivity and effectiveness of business and administrative services through re-engineering, organizational change management, assessment of best practices, and support of di
