Job Description:The School of Education in the College of Human Sciences is accepting applications for Clinical Experience Coordinator within Teacher Education Services. The Clinical Experience Coordinator position requires PK-12 expertise and a broad understanding of the teaching profession. The Clinical Experience Coordinator will coordinate pre-service field experiences in PK-12 settings, and facilitate the placement process by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with district leaders, building administrators, and cooperating teachers. This position and the coordinating team supports 13 Educator Preparation program areas across campus and is required to function within legal and state approval boundaries to ensure licensure and program requirements are met. Occasional travel throughout the state of Iowa may be required.
