Members to NAGC can receive three publications -- Parenting for Gifted Children, Teaching for High Potential, and the academic journal, Gifted Child Quarterly. All are available through the mail and online.
As part of a teaching team, responsible for the supervision and care of 6 infants or 12 toddlers. Duties include: Using available resources to ensure a quality program for infants and toddlers. Using developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning practices and articulating those to parents and aides. Promoting good health, good nutrition and safety. Providing a respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationship with each child and their family. Working closely with other primary caregivers to ensure continuity of care.

Salary: Hourly $19.71 Total Hours: 7:30-6:00, M-F hours varies Career Position. Final candidate subject to Dept of Justice fingerprint scan. Valid Child Dev Teacher Permit, BA-emphasis in Early Child Educ and exp working with infant/toddlers. Must have a minimum of 3 units in Infant Development, 6 units preferred.
