Members to NAGC can receive three publications -- Parenting for Gifted Children, Teaching for High Potential, and the academic journal, Gifted Child Quarterly. All are available through the mail and online.
In this challenging role, you will support the Economic Development & Corporate Training division of Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:
-Design, develop, and deliver training sessions in lean, quality, project management, and other areas as assigned. Evaluate training content. Update materials, as necessary.
-Oversee and coach students in Greenbelt/Blackbelt projects. Mentor students in LSS. Work closely with adjunct instructors to maintain programming. Oversee activities of adjuncts and schedule hours. Maintain Quality Group online training.
-Work closely with administration, marketing, and sales to maintain close contact with corporate clients and to drive enrollment in programs. Participate in designing marketing/sales tools.
-Follow a professional development plan that includes membership in professional organizations and staying current with new developments in related fields.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three (3) years experience involving quality in a manufacturing setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -LSS-Blackbelt credential and strong presentation, communication, leadership, and facilitation skills including strong writing skills.
-Ability to learn and use new concepts relating to the quality and process field.
-Knowledge and/or experience in ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 standards and implementation, Minitab software, cost accounting, business management, quality system internal auditing, ISO 14000, Lean Six Sigma, constraint management, problem solving, automotive manufacturing, project management, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, DOE, process mapping, and value stream mapping.
