• Lead and supervise the activities of the Enrollment Management and Financial Aid Department.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and adapt plans and procedures to attract, recruit, enroll, and retain a diverse population of mission-aligned students.
• Communicate with and guide prospective families through the complete admissions process.
• Oversee the processes, including those portions requiring engagement with outside professionals, for identifying students who meet the standards of giftedness as adopted by the Roeper school.
• Plan and execute enrollment events including open houses, tours, and classroom visits throughout the school year.
• Organize and chair admissions committee meetings.
• Remain current with industry standards, including ISACS, NAIS, AISAP Principles of Good Practice for Admissions, and other best practices in admissions, enrollment management, and financial aid.
• Ensure that the Enrollment Management Department's efforts and admissions processes align with the Roeper School's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, collaborating with the Director of Diversity and Community Programs as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Communications and Development departments to ensure recruitment materials, including publications, content calendar, videos, and the website, convey relevant, accurate, and targeted messaging to the intended audiences.
• Oversee the school’s need-based financial aid and scholarship processes and ensure that they remain confidential and free from bias and that admissions decisions are made without regard to an applicant family’s financial capacity.
